WindWalker Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Our main thrust is houseboat design, management and marketing. We design each boat and then contract with Sailabration Houseboats to build and deliver them to Page, Arizona.

WindWalker Enterprises, Inc. is not nor will it ever be a large, cookie-cutter, put-out-as-many-boats-as-you-can type of company. We choose to build one or two boats per year and put all the attention that should be put into Houseboats of this caliber. We know each one of our clients personaly and attend to their indivdual needs and requests.

We limit our our shares to just 10 or 14 clients. This gives each client more time on the lake and some flexibility as to when they depart and return as well as saving wear and tear on the boats. Our goal is to provide you, our clients with quality Houseboats, unmatched service and maintainance and unparalled attention to detail. These things are not negotiable, are guaranteed and will never be compromised, period.

WindWalker Enterprises, Inc.owns at least one share on each of the houseboats that we manage. We manage all our own houseboats and the day to day aspects of managing the houseboats. WindWalker Enterprises works hand in hand with fully quilfied service personal to see that all our owners and their houseboats needs are met and in a timely manner.

We are extremely pro-active managers. We are paid for this work and are reimbursed for direct expenses as they pertain to each boat. We are paid an hourly for the work we do and expect to be held accountable for the hours we bill. Accounting is done on a yearly basis with generally accepted accounting methods.We do not defer any repairs or maintenance issues

If it needs to be done it is done, period!

Our goal is to be able to bring the beauty, serenity, peace and fun of Lake Powell to our clients.

We are long time Lake Powell enthusiasts, who have experienced the good side of house boating on Lake Powell as well as the not so good. We are diligent in our efforts to see that our share-owners only experience the good side of Lake Powell house boating.

We offer five iron clad guarantees:

• If a potential share-owner can find a Sailabration Houseboat with the same amenities, year built, size, time frame and functionality for a lower price, we will sell that share to them at half price.
• If a majority of share-owners are unhappy with our management of their houseboat for any reason we will step down, no questions asked.
• Our staff and our contractors will treat our share-owners with respect, tolerance and fairness at all times. Honesty, integrity and character are the actions that motivate the way we do business.
• We are not perfect and do mess up every so often, we will accept full responsibility for it and never push it off on someone else.
• If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase WindWalker Enterprises will refund your entire purchase price.*
