- Who manages the houseboats ?
WindWalker Services, Inc. is the managing company
WindWalker Services, Inc. is a sub-division of WindWalker Enterprises, Inc.
Keenan A Haight is the manager
WindWalker Services is the onsite manager in Page AZ
and will deal with the day to day operations of your houseboat
- How is the ownership structure set up ?
Each houseboat is owned collectively by the share owners
in an LLC
- How am I protected from litigation or damages
caused by others ?
Being a part of an LLC you are only responsible for damages
that you have caused, the LLC is the body that deals with
litigation and each owner carries only the liability for
their share. We have adequate insurance to cover all situations.

- What is a launch & retrieve Houseboat ?
With the scarcity of slips at Lake Powell and their pricey
nature people have started to launch & retrieve Houseboats
just as you would any other boat.
It's just that simple!
With a launch & retrieve Houseboat you save time,

- Time, because the boat is ready and waiting
for you on dry land no fueling, pumping, watering or cleaning.
- Money, because it is now less expensive
to launch & retrieve than it is to rent a slip, gas
is $1.00 to $1.75 cheaper on land then on the lake, maintenance
is more through and less costly because it is performed
on dry land and the boat is pulled out after each use, facilitating
the ability to catch a problem before it become major.
Because your investment is protected in a secure dry storage
where only authorized persons may board
- Hassle, because you don't schlep all your
stuff up and down long slips, you simply drive up to your
houseboat off load your gear and provisions into the air
conditioned comfort of your boat and then park your car.
Because you don't have to mess with pumping waste tanks
or filling gas tanks or water tanks, it is all done for
you.

to condition.
- What are the annual costs ?
Our 18'x 75' boat fees are $3350.00
That fee includes:
Launch & retrieve services, turn around services which includes fueling, pumping, cleaning inside & out, all turn around maintenance, yearly maintenance, insurance, storage, managment, security
and a reserve maintenance fund.
Our large boats (16'x 75') fees for are $3,250.00
That fee includes:
Launch & retrieve services, turn around services which includes fueling, pumping, cleaning inside & out, all turn around maintenance, yearly maintenance, insurance, storage, managment, security and a reserve maintenance fund.
Our small
boats (15'x 55') fees will be in the range of $3,000.00
to $3,200.00
That fee includes:

- What happens if our boat breaks down while we
are on the lake?
With our launch and retrieve houseboats a complete maintenance
check and tests are run after each use, thus minimizing
the possiblity of breakdown.
If a problem does arise, 99% of the time we can walk you
through the problem over the phone or marine radio. If we
cannot get the problem resolved by that method we will contact
Aramark Corporation for you. They are the concessionaire
on Lake Powell and the only authorized entity to repair
boats on the water. They will come to your location or allow us to and fix
the problem or get you back to the marina where it can be
fixed.
We will do everything in our power to get you up and running
as soon as possible.
